Water and Air Weight Loss is a personal social experiment. I have done well losing weight on my own. Hands down, my greatest weight loss tool is keeping track of it all in analog notebooks.
I'm on the path to lose a significant amount of weight (again), and I'd like to know just how well I will do by making my adventure public. You know, having this site as a big digital notebook.

"Water and air" are metaphors for being fluid and adaptable. Both have the power to heal and to destroy. It's time that I recognize that I have the power and authority over my own mind and body to do the same.
I am also incorporating breathing exercises and lots of water into my weight and inch loss strategies.
I am posting somewhere each day. That's either to this very website, to Instagram, or a short video to YouTube.
I realize that visitors get the full scope of my shenanigans by piecing things together from all three formats.
Until I reach my God-given specs. My body is not designed for the distortion I've created. I believe I'm not destined for ailment or disease as I age, but my habits prior to this experiment had me on the fast track there.
